I took money out of my personal account and put in my pay pal account to transfer to my husband pay pal acct thinking this would be a easy quick way to transfer him money. Well it never got transferred to his Account. So the lady I talked with on ph said I’ll refund it back to your account and maybe you can try again it will take 20-30 mins and be back to your pay pal. Well guess what it wasn’t so 3 hours later I called back spoke with a man. He said it will take 24 hours. Well guess what 28 hours later it’s still not back in my account. Every time I call I get pushed back and told some other lie. Why can’t a person just get there money back. Why all the lies. I’m very **bleep**
