Hi, would like to get some helps here..
Previously i brought some toys from a company thru my paypal acc. All transactions was made thru my credit card. The seller company not able to delivery the goods to me on the time as promise so i requested for refund. The seller only able to refund partly from the transactions. In this issue when i make my payment i was using my old credit card, payment was made in instalment plan every month. So when now im requesting my refund my card has replaced with a new one. Does this effect to the refund ?? They even try to return me in paypal check, but it was declined too. May i know what shall i do to claim back the balance of the refund. ??
