The email must exist to someone else or the payment could not have completed.

If the email did not exist the payment would have shown as unclaimed.

Reach out to that wrong email address and request a refund, if they refuse then open a dispute for non receipt of item as that person would have nothing to send you.

If you sent using friends/family then ask customer services for help but they can't force someone to refund a gift payment.

Lastly if nothing works and you funded the payment via a credit card then see if they will chargeback for you?

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thanks for reply, I have tried contacting email but never goes through, also tried email validator and comes up as doesn’t exist, though payment shows completed.
