May i know what phone number to call in the philippines for paypal? i returned the payment of my friend to me and until now, she did not get the refund yet. Thanks!
If she funded the original payment to you from her bank account or a card then once marked refunded it will automatically go back to that bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days although its normally much quicker than that, country dependent.
