What if the person who sold me the item isn’t replying and I think they are inactive? I tried to file a dispute but it doesn’t let me and says an error has occurred every time

I'm sorry to hear of the error. That error usually happens when a dispute has already been filed against a transaction. Have you filed a dispute against this transaction in the past?
