Hi, I have recieved a text with a link thay says i have a refund to claim. But when i clivk on the link it says There is a problem with my number. I opened the paypal account in Sweden and so there is a swedish number connected to my account but i am Living in London and also have a Uk nr that i register with purchases. I think there is a problem with claiming the refund because there is confusion about my Numbers? When i login to claim it says, contact Paypal, but who do i contact when no one ever answers. I would like yo claim my refund. Thank ypu

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

Thank you for answering me. So the only way for me to get my refund is to open a new paypal account in the UK connecting my uk number and adress to that?

thank you again.

Refunds go back to the source of payment ie bank account or card that you used, as you no longer have them presumably then doubt you will get your refund.

You may have to ask customer services as i said or talk to the person refunding you and see if they will send your refund as a friends /family payment to your new account.
