Refund

Hi, I’ve had a refund but the card I used was for my business account and I’ve closed it down, where will my refund go?

Hello, Alex_milky. Welcome to the PayPal Community! Issues with refunds are a definite concern! In general, a refund will still be sent to your card issuer, and they should be able to direct it to a different account you own. Please consult with them on the particulars.

If you don't see a credit on your statement 30 days after the refund was issued, or if your card issuer says they can't help, please contact Customer Service (via phone, Facebook or Twitter) to receive additional assistance.
