Why does PayPal takes up to 30 days to refund money into your Debit Card?

Paypal pass it to the card issuer and its up to them how long it takes them to process it.
Paypal says 'allow' 30 days but i have never waited longer than a week, but that varies country to country.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
