Hi I sent a payment to rong address misspelling and it was unclaimed and it said postal a dress not on file so i cancelled the payment and checked my bank account and it was not returned yet how long do j have to wait

Gosh you were lucky, if that mis-spelled email address was valid to another person you 'may' have lost your money !!
Luckily you could cancel, so when you cancel a payment those funds can't do a u-turn > they have to process through to paypal who will as the transaction was cancelled return them to your funding source (if you paid from your bank account or with a card), or credit your paypal balance (if it was funded from that balance), but that takes a few days and sometimes up to a week....country dependent.

Yes it was true my debit card us it at least e few days for the refund or do can they process them faster sometimes

Also when I go to my refunds it says completed

That means paypal have completed your request to return the funds back to your funding source NOT that its in your bank account....there is no way paypal knows when the payment arrives at your bank.
