I had a seller refund my money after using PayPal account linked to my prepaid visa card. The balance is showing in PayPal, my question is can I buy with this balance and if not how and when will I get my money back.
Welcome to the PayPal community forum, If you have received a refund for a payment that you funded using a visa card then your refund will be sent back to your card. It can take a few days to show there. If it is not showing there already then you should be seeing it soon.
