If i get the refund from seller, how long i can get the money to my bank? I using debit card (posb singapore bank)

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your card. Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, however that depends a lot on what country you are in.

How about Singapore bank? Mostly will use how many day to return back to my bank ?

No idea, paypal says allow 30 days but can be as little as a week, country dependent.

That does not mean that i know the clearance times of every bank in the world !!
