Hi, I have been charged $10.90 a month for Xbox live I have noticed but I do not use or remember getting Xbox live in the past two month, if you check my recent Xbox status U will see I have not played for at least 2 month. Can you please refund the last two months of this auto pay at least and stop the transactions from happening please. Luke

Cancel any subscription you set up...

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

However as the payments were 'authorised' by you then paypal would not refund them.
