Refund

I have received an email that the store where i purchase something have refund to me, i also received transaction id but when i cant check it because i make a payment using paypal website but not register an account, what should i do and how many days should i wait for the refund money to be in my bank account., - from Malaysia

Paypal say allow 30 days for refunds back to cards but i have never waited longer than a week however countries vary.
