I had a refund sent to me on 3rd August and said it would be in my account by 10th August however I still haven’t got the refund and it still shown as pending in my activity?
That's bonkers. I have the same problem, and I've now got an ebay seller cross with me because I won't close a case when from their side it's fine! (Not that I'm bothered, they should have actually sent the item...) PayPal really should use less definitive language. The email notification and the notification in my account both say it 'WILL' clear on the 10th, no mention of potential delays after that!
