Refund

Hi all,

Paypal emailed me that my refund is completed however it does not reflect either on my paypal account or my credit card. I paid via credit card and per refund rules, it should be reflected on my credit card account. I need help. Please see attached screenshots for guidance.

I have same problem. My transaction was refunded, however, money wasn't returned on my credit card. 

Support told, that money on my payPal balance, however, I can't find any item of menu (or hyperlink) in the user cabinet, which allows to see "PayPal balance"
