Refund was not yet refunded

The day I started connecting my debit card to paypal they deducted 300 pesos, thought it will be refunded with in 2 days however its been 1week now but the refund is still not process..WHERE IS MY REFUND NOW PAYPAL??

Could it have been refunded to your paypal balance (it is sometimes) and then it was used as part of a purchase funding source?

If not then CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES.
