I was expecting a refund of about £200+ to go into my Paypal, anyway - I ordered something and realised my money probably wouldn't be in my account in time so I tried to cancel the order, to which I was told I can't cancel.
So, I'm a bit confused because my Paypal is showing a negative balance but it's saying my refund has been completed so, wouldn't the negative be taken from the refund???

Payments that were processed as direct debit from your bank or your PayPal balance, if refunded, will go your balance as well. Possibility is that you used your card to fund the purchase and the refund went straight to your bank instead of your PayPal account that's why it's showing a negative balance.
