Hi all, need all experts to help me this. Recently, I sent a payment using my debit card and gotten a refund after that due to not able to fulfill merchandise. However, the payment is refund to my card but I saw email is my old account, so does PayPal need me to login to the old account to initial the transfer the amount to my debit card or I have to wait for PayPal to refund to me debit card? Because I can't login to my old account which probes me my old mobile number which I no longer using hence I am concern that PayPal will need me to login to the old account to initial the transfer amount back to my debit card.
