I returned an item I bought on ebay.de and paid with my bank card. When I bought it I didn't have a paypal account yet so it was made as a "guest payment". Ebay said that the refund was made to the Paypal account with a specific ID and a specific Paypal ticket ID. What should I do with this account ID and ticket ID? I haven't receive the refund to my bank account either although it has been more that a month since the ebay said the refund has been made.
