I was issued a refund to my original payment method on PayPal. The problem is that the payment method used was a prepaid Visa gift card that I no longer have in my possession and no longer have as a payment method. Is there something PayPal can do or do I have to contact support for the Visa card directly? I appreciate any information, thanks.
