Refund to my expired Paypal debit card

I am being issued a refund from Ticketmaster for a concert that was postponed in May of 2020 and postponed again in 2021. I had used my Paypal Business debit card that has since expired. I'm wondering if the refund will still show up in my account? I have searched for answers but I only find topics about Paypal doing the refund, not receiving it!

You can use the refund option up to 180 days, after that they would need to 'send' a payment to your balance.
