Refund to expired credit card

Hi,

I receive a refund but in a expired credit card associate in paypal.

I see others old refunds and check the refund if goes to expired credit card associate in paypal at that moment, don´t appear in my bank account.

I Send a message to paypal at one week ago , and no response.. 

In the past , the paypal support is better , because it was by chat..
