Refund to debit card

Hey there.

I have a refund from seller at 30 April. Found notation: " If you paid with a credit or debit card, we credit the refund to your card. Depending on the card issuer, it can take up to 30 days for your refund to appear on your statement."

 

money hasn't been credited to the card account yet. PayPal Acc still $0.00
. tell me what to do?

Hi @leom2,

 

I'm sorry to hear that the refund is missing. To request investigation into the lost funds, please reach out to Customer Service. Let them know that the funds have been missing for over 30 days, and they should be able to assist. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for contact options.

 

I hope this can be resolved quickly!
