Hi, I have 2 refunds on canceled credit cards and also the bank account they were linked to is already closed. The new credit card is already linked to PayPal, but the refunds are for the canceled cards. Status refunds have been completed so I can not report a problem in the Resolution Center. How can do I get the money?
