I just logged in and saw I had an unexpected balance in my account. Without any notice, it looks like I received refunds on Friday from 2 transactions in 2016 (both from the same seller). I contacted the seller and they believe they took the funds out years ago, but the status on the original transactions now says “denied”. What is up with this?
