Hello,i have a refund on hold...the seller refunded me 13.20£ on 15 Dicember 2018,this refund its on hold on my paypal and it should have been available on or around 21 December 2018. So what happened,today its 23 Dicember and my refund its still on hold!
Actually all my payments and refunds converted automatically from my bank account in my money country. The cancelation request on my ebay its still open cause the refund its still pending.
