Hello, A Chinese seller from EBay sent refund to the email that I use to log in to EBay. That email is not connected to my PayPal account. When I asked them why they did that they responded in broken English that it has something to do with EBay settings... I cannot believe that EBay did not register that my PayPal email is different from the one I use to log in. Anyone had a similar issue? How do I get my money back? Thank you.

Just add that Ebay email address to your paypal account and verify it, then the refund should show up ok as long as the seller has not cancelled it.
You can have up to 8 email addresses on the x1 paypal account and receive funds on all of them.
However refunds are normally automatic and go back to the card or bank account used to fund the purchase in the first place so if your seller 'sent' a payment then they didn't use the 'refund' option.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
