Refund sent but pending.

Hi

I refunded a person but - although it reads 'refund sent' it still says pending. The person hasn't received it and is complaining. The email showing on her initial payment was an invalid address. I can't see how to sort it out? Can anyone help?

Hello @antoninus,

Thank you for reaching out! If your refund is funded by your bank account, it may take up to 3-5 business days to clear. Once the funds clear, the refund status will change from "pending" to "completed." Normally it will take around 3 more days after that to reach the buyer's original funding source. If they used their PayPal balance, it will reflect immediately.
