Refund received not owed to me

I made a purchase on ebay. Ebay sent me a warning the seller was compromised. I opened a problem in resolution center on Ebay.

Then I went to PayPal and found I could cancel the purchase and PayPal removed the payment.

Then Ebay sent a refund to PayPal.

Then the seller sent a refund to PayPal.

So I end up with twice the refund and no payment.

I do not want to be accused of fraud, or dirty may name.

I tried communicating with PayPal and with EBay and so far no answer.

What do I do.
