I paid my neighbor for a job they put the payment on hold finally they released it but closed her account she refunded me the money even after they closed it it shows up as refunded on my activity but will the issue with her account effect the time it takes to get my money back
If you funded the original payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded it will automatically go back to that bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days although its normally much quicker than that, country dependent.
