I have made a payment of 1,000$ on a purchase using my old credit card which has been canceled and deleted from PayPal account. the package might be lost and I might get a refund from PayPal. The question is I don't have the old credit card(BISB bank) anymore but i have another credit card (AlBaraka bank) linked to my PayPal account so where would the refund go? to the canceled card or to my new credit card or as balance?
