My company has issued me a refund, but I have yet to receive it, or any notification they have issued it. How long does it normally take for a refund to appear? And how can I make sure it was even done?
Unless you paid as a guest buyer then when a refund is issued you would get an email and it would show in your transaction details.
Double check the email address they sent it to just in case they 'sent it' rather than 'refunded it'.
If you paid as a guest buyer then it will automatically go back to the card you used to pay in the first place.
