Hi. Hoping someone can help. I sold something on ebay and the buyer requested to cancel before I shipped item. I refunded on PayPal immediately. After this, I tried to cancel order on ebay and it will not let me indicating there is an open case with PayPal. Can anyone tell me whether this is normal and just resolves itself or if I need to do something. I want to make sure my ebay rating is not impacted because I haven't shipped item and it indicates I need to. Thanks for any information.
