So basically I jus opened up this PayPal account then had to do a refund for some one (no big deal). They held the payment and now a refund is happening. I have no funds in this newly made account I, I didn’t get anything from the payment and now it’s basically making me pay the guy 550$ while I assume he gets the 550$ that he initially sent back as well. Am I wrong in this?
