Refund process for Guest account

Hi, I recently bought a service from a reputed online influencer firm using my debit card and as a guest account of PayPal. Since I was not happy with the service, I asked them for a refund. They accepted my request and emailed me saying " your refund has been processed. you will receive the amount into your PayPal accounts in 3-5 business days". It's already 5 days now and I haven't received any funds. How should I go about it? I do not know if they have really processed the refunds. and If yes in which account that transaction will account because I had paid using the guest account. Can someone advice? Thank you

Once issued it will automatically go back to your bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, however that varies country to country.
