I agreed a refund with my seller ,but he said it wouldn't let him into my account every time he tried ,so I asked PayPal to try to sort it,my refund has failed and is being held by PayPal,I am a pensioner and don't really knoiw what to do .have emailed PayPal got no joy have tried to ring but it is automated need to speak to a person can any one help .is there a way of speaking direct to PayPal .so stressed.
