The 21st of January Paypal made a refund of 29,95€ from PDFSimpli to my Credit Card, but instead of a refund they charged the value to my credit card.
I have been trying to call to Paypal the whole morning but they do not pickup my call. Can anyone give me a hint how to proceed.
