Refund problem- VISA CARD CHANGED BETWEEN PAYMENT AND REFUND

Today i was refunded :14,80 EUR PayPal to balance and 12,09 EUR on VISA Debit Card x-XXXX, But VISA Debit Card x-xxxx does not exist in my paypal Wallet anymore because i deleted it and i have entered my new visa debit card in the medtime. So 12,09 EUR refund should be refunded to my new VISA DEBIT card which is my new preferred payment method in wallet, but it wasnt. When i tried to solve problem on resolution center(report a problem) i got this message :

We're unable to file a case on this transaction.

Since you’ve received this payment, you'll need to contact the sender directly to resolve your issue.

what should or can i do now?

If both old and new debit cards belong / ed to the same bank ACCOUNT then it should go through fine.
