Hello Everyone,
Due to a recent botched transaction, the seller has agreed to issue me a refund on September 02, 2020. The refund notification did show up immediately right after the seller issued the refund. However, as of today (September 09, 2020) it is still pending.
I've read up on other posts with similar pending refunds and understand this can happen if the seller has issued a refund from their bank account which takes time to process. My concern is, what if the seller's wants to scam me and his linked bank account also has no funds, then there is nothing to transfer from. In such scenario will the pending be forever?
