I was issued a refund on the 8th August and it's showing in my activity but not showing in my available funds. Item was paid for and refunded direct via PayPal. Usually an instant transfer or a couple of hours. Why would it be withheld?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
