The merchant told me that he has sent me a refund. After patiently waiting for weeks, almost a month, the refund money never show up on my credit card statement. I figured I need to log in to paypal and do something manually. Sure enough, as soon as I log in, I see under Activity a refund payment. There is only one button to click, which is "Issue Refund". So I click on it. I think I might have actually sent a refund on a refund? Why would I ever want to do that? I find the paypal website layout rather confusing and poorly designed. Why would I want to refund a refund ? Besides, Issue Refund, why is there no "Accept refund" or "Receive refund" button ? Please assist. Thank you.
