I requested a refund for my order last October 2, 2020 and I've read here in the community that it would take 30 days for it to appear in my bank statement (since I used my debit card link to paypal for the payment). However it has been over 30 days and I still didn't received my money back. I also tried reporting it to paypal but paypal only says "transaction completed please contact the supplier directly". I contacted the seller but it clearly showed that they have already refunded my payment. Can anyone give me an advice? I also saw some feedbacks that paypal steals money.
