I cancelled my order but didn't get the refund. And it's been over two weeks since I cancelled the order.

Canceling PayPal order or authorization doesn’t necessarily issue a refund, the transaction just drops off from pending status and disappear, releasing the held funds. Check your bank account or card account for the funds to be released within 30 days.

You may also want to talk to your financial institution (bank or card issuer) to look for any pending authorizations, may be they can void it or release the held funds.

If you see the transaction as completed in your PayPal account, you can dispute it.

I couldn't find that transaction in activity, i only have an e-mail confirm i placed the order.
