Hello.. on thursday 17th of september i placed an order through paypal of €26,50. The company accidentally refunded €17,95. On monday 21th paypal took €26,50 of my bank account but only send €8,55 to the company. The remaining €17,95 is nowhere to be found.. not on my bank account and neither on my paypal. I need to pay the remaining €17,95 to the company for my order to be send.. It was for my baby who could be coming anytime now and I can’t get in touch with customer service of paypal. On mondaythe 21th i send a message, no response so far.. friday another message still the same. Of this takes much longer im afraid there will be problems with my order. Please help me.
