Refund not received

In October i paid 34.55 to a lady and she refunded me back in Nov, she then cancelled the refund, i went through the resolution centre and was awarded the refund but ive received nothing, because she refunded me once it looks like ive had the refund but it was cancelled by her, what do i do, ive spent two hours on the phone listening to music and getting nowhere

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

Hi thanks for the reply, i did all that but then spent two hours on the phone listening to the music waiting for the dispute team to answer my call x
