Refund not received by customer.

Hi, totally new to using EBAY/Paypal to apologies if question already answered or obvious.

 

Sold item to customer on 5th.  Reported damaged so did a refund on 12th.  Customer reported she had message saying money will be refunded on 19th.  Had a status of 'Pending until 19th' on my account till 20th.  Now says 'Completed', but customer still does not have refund in account.  Any help appreciated.  Thanks.
