Refund not in my paypal balance

Paypal said that my refund has been processed and that it should be in my Paypal balance. It wasn't in my Paypal balance. They have also told me to log in to your account and go to the History subtab of the My Account tab. If the Status of the payment is listed as "Unclaimed," click the Accept button to reflect this transaction in your balance. The status of it still said it was already refunded.
