on the 31st requested a partly refund for something I ordered on the 29th. I was already in contact with the seller who told me that the funds have successfully been refunded on their end. I still havent had any activity on my paypal (14 days later). Am I getting scammed or is it just taking a bit longer this time? Normally refunds come in the same day
Refund usually takes 2-5 business days and 30 days depending on your card company to complete. You can contact ur card issuer for the funds if they are not able to find the refund you can contact PayPal if it is more than 14 day they will help you with this.
