I am in need of Help with an Refund I received that showed up ion my PayPal account but was then forwarded to an Old Card. I have contacted my bank and they state that the refund was returned to PayPal, as the card was denied..
I then contacted PayPal customer service and was told that "they are sorry but I have to contact my bank"
My question is, where would this money be? is their theft going on here or what? I have noticed other members have had the same issue.. Once the bank denies the refund then PayPal should have the money back themselves.. cant place money on an invalid card number..
ANY HELP WITH THIS?

Should bounce back to your balance so allow 14 working days and if no show contact customer services for a trace, suggest you don't accuse them of theft if you want more help though.
