Refund issued on a closed PayPal account, closed bank account and cancelled credit card. So an online seller has issued a refund on my closed PayPal account. The credit card in that PayPal account which I have used to make the purchase has also been terminated. I have moved out of that country a few days ago, hence the closing of my bank account. If the seller has credited back my refund to my old (closed) PayPal account, what will happen to the funds? I cannot recover it from the bank as I am now moved to a different country. Is there a way it could be converted to PayPal Balance to my new PayPal account? Thanks and best regards. Albert <removed>
